Let’s look at these numbers and decide. Is the Barrington home market in a decline, static or on the rise. Well if you look at the numbers you’ll see they are all extremely close to each other. So in my humble opinion we are no longer sliding backwards. Prices are holding and with more sales in 2010 compared to 2009 home buying confidence returned in Barrington last year.
