Although known as the place to be if you have or want horses, there are plenty of homes on these 5 acre lots that do not. The average for all of 2012 to date is much higher at $848,978. Although there are many homes in Barrington Hills above $1 Million, it seems those are slow to move, although there have been 11 sales this year. Their average marketing time is well over a year.
